Baby Massage Course

As part of her continuing professional development, Julia is training to offer small group Baby Massage Courses suitable for Mums or other carers with pre-crawling babies. As part of this, she is offering a number of five-week courses FREE of charge in return for feedback, which will be submitted to her course tutor. She hopes you enjoy them!
The classes are being held on Tuesdays, 11am, at Prospect House, New Road, Eckington, Worcs. They last an hour, with time to socialise afterwards.
We will be building week-on-week to achieve a full body massage by the end of the course, so please try to come each week. Extra demonstration dolls are available for those whose babies are sleeping. For more info, register and secure your place, call Julia on 07833545008. |

Guided Meditations

Julia will be offering guided meditations as part of Evesham Unitarian Chapel's Oat Street Saturdays. Chapel Open 10am - 1.00pm to view or for free coffee and chat. Mediation 11.30am - 12.30pm.
During these sessions, Julia invites you to explore the Chinese Medicine Wheel, using and reflecting on its themes as tools of meditation:
